Kids smarter but not happy, say experts

For most Chinese children, International Children's Day, which fell yesterday, comes with a day off and gifts from parents - not to mention a pile of homework and extra-curricular classes.

Experts say young people are experiencing more pleasure but also more pressure, making life less carefree than that of previous generations.
