Michelin star chefs dinner

Hilton Beijing Wangfujing invited star chefs and Michelin chefs to present a dinner on the evening of June 8, when each chef will make a special course. The guest chefs are Heinz Beck and two 3-star Michelin chefs, Heinz Winkler and Annie Feolde, all from Italy, David Burke from the US and Jorge Rausch from Columbia. Australian wine master Ron Georgiou will match the food with great wines. 1,900 yuan per person, plus 15 percent surcharge.

American guest chef returns

Chef Dan Segall, who was with Louisiana, which is now One East at Hilton Beijing, is returning to the restaurant as a guest chef from June 5 -12. Now executive chef at M1NT, he will showcase his concept of Free Asian Cuisine in specially created set lunch and dinner menus, which draw inspiration from North & Southeast Asian food styles, primarily Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai cuisines. Swim and dine

InterContinental Beijing Beichen is reopening its Italian restaurant Va Piano by offering a special Saturday dine & swim package. From 3-10 pm every Saturday, guests to the restaurant can try aperitifs, herb focaccia bread and pizza bread accompanied by family-style Italian cuisine with wines from different regions of Italy, and bubbly Prosecco.
