After 8 years in mountain, fugitive sees a cell phone
A fugitive wanted for murder was captured after hiding eight years in a mountain. He said he hadn't heard of the cell phone.
Li, a former resident of a rural area in Chongqing municipality, killed a man in 2000 and fled into the deep mountains of Yunnan province.
