Govt formation completed
India's president swore in 59 new ministers yesterday, completing the formation of the new government and ending days of political maneuvering since the Congress-led coalition swept to victory.
They join Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and 19 other core members of his Cabinet who took the oath of office today.
