One Sunday afternoon I come home and find Jim lying over our living room sofa, his head almost dropping to the floor, eyes blank.

I guess right away that he's just had another big fight with his boyfriend. And once again our friend Jim says: "I think I should get married."

Jim comes from a wealthy traditional Chinese family in the south. He has been a model filial son all his life, except for not getting married and bearing kids for his parents.
