College graduate gets prison for stealing 4 yuan
A man was sent to prison for three years after he stole a woman's handbag that had just 4 yuan (58 cents) inside.
Wang, 34, moved from his native Henan to Beijing earlier this year to work and earn a living. Before the college graduate earned any money, he was called home to care for his dad who was dying in his hometown.
