Give-away for tourists

A district government in Shanghai is giving out travel coupons worth 200 million yuan to attract overseas tourists, the first time such an idea has been tried. The coupons will be given out through Citibank to customers in Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong and through tourism promotion events to people in Taiwan and Macao. Individuals are allowed to claim coupons, worth up to 3,000 yuan, to cover tickets to scenic spots, and pay for travel agencies and restaurants.
