Lao coming to the party

Lao People's Democratic Republic became the 6th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) country of honor recently. The Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing activities including the Lao Food Festival and fashion show. Lao PDR artists will also participate.

"The CAEXPO will improve the trading and investment ties between ASEAN and China," said H.E. Bouasone Bouphavanh, prime minister of Lao PDR.
