Man held over revenge photos

SHANGHAI: Police have detained a man who allegedly posted nude photographs of his ex-girlfriend on the Internet after she broke up with him.

"Zhu Hui (the accused) has been in detention since May 14," Zeng Qi, the attorney of the girl, whose identity is being withheld, told China Daily yesterday.

On May 8, Zhu, who went by the pseudonym "garros" uploaded 40 nude pictures of the woman on a website - namipan.com - in a "fit of rage" after she dumped him.
