UK offers low-carbon help

The United Kingdom will work with Guangdong province to help develop low carbon economic zones in the Pearl River Delta, said William Ehrman, the British Ambassador to China, in Guangzhou yesterday.

The ambassador met with Party secretary of Guangdong Wang Yang to discuss the province's economic and social growth and look for ways to strengthen links in climate change, trade, investment, academia and education.
