UN issues draft on climate change

OSLO: The UN on Friday took a step toward a post-Kyoto Protocol climate treaty by publishing the first draft negotiating texts, outlining widely varying options for rich nations to cut greenhouse gas emissions. A separate UN draft looking at possible actions by developing nations, led by China and India, will be published on May 18. Reuters
