Chen Xinyi is directing the National Center for the Performing Arts' presentation of Puccini's three-act opera Turandot. This version of the unfinished story of the princess from ancient China has been completed by Chinese composer Hao Weiya. The cast includes Italian soprano Anna Shafajinskaia, who plays Princess Turandot, and Chinese singers such as Dai Yuqiang, Wei Song and Sun Xiuwei.
