Urban revival

Shanghai Expo organizers are extending invitations to world leaders like UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon to participate in talks on urban innovation and sustainable development at next year's Shanghai Expo.

Heads of nations are also welcome to the discussions planned for next October, when they are expected to sign a "Shanghai Declaration" which will outline a global road map for urban development.
