Nissan cars recalled

Dongfeng Motor Company will recall 153,065 Nissan Teana cars starting June 12 due to potential problems with the engine's air pipe that could potentially cause an accidental flameout, according to an announcement released by the country's quality watchdog yesterday.

The company said the cars being recalled were produced between July 1, 2004, and April 18, 2008. The company said it will repair the vehicles free.
