Huawei bags Indian order

China's biggest telecom gear maker Huawei Technologies has won a contract worth more than $400 million from nascent Indian mobile operator Unitech Wireless, an India-based spokesman for the Chinese firm said on Tuesday.

The contract to supply equipment for Unitech Wireless' yet-to-be started mobile operations will be executed over a five-year period, the spokesman said.
