Centrica goes nuclear in British Energy deal

Centrica Plc, the UK's biggest energy supplier, will cede control of its Belgian assets and pay 2.3 billion pounds ($3.5 billion) for a 20 percent stake in Electricite de France SA's British Energy unit to access nuclear power.
