10th OCS conference set to begin in June

Organizers of the 10th Overseas Chinese Scholars Liaoning (Dalian) Conference that will run from June 29 to July 1 in the port city expect about 800 overseas Chinese scholars to attend.

As well, 5,000 enterprises, 200 domestic hi-tech development zones, 200 venture capital operations, 200 human resource agencies, 300 colleges and scientific research institutions and 500 delegates from government institutions will attend the conference.

Preparations are going well through support from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liaoning Provincial People's Government and Dalian Municipal People's Government.
