Traditional zongzi
Cantonese master chef Stanley Yuen and Huaiyang head chef Xin Qing Hou will jointly present zongzi, a traditional Chinese boiled dumpling with glutinous rice stuffing and reed leaf wrapping to mark Dragon Boat Festival coming up on May 28.
