Fire in gaming hall kills 9

Fire tore through a gaming hall full of slot machines in central Ukraine early yesterday, killing nine people and injuring 11, the Emergencies Ministry said.

Ministry officials said the fire engulfed the hall just before 1 am in the industrial city of Dnipropetrovsk.
