After two years, car rental scam crashes and burns
Two sisters in Chongqing municipality were arrested after they defrauded numerous car rental companies.
The Gan sisters illegally sold about 150 vehicles they leased from car companies starting in 2007. The value of the cars is about 10 million yuan ($1.46 million).
