Courting goodwill
China's top legislator Wu Bangguo will pay official goodwill visits to Russia, Austria and Italy from May 13 to 24.
Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), is also scheduled to attend meetings between the NPC and the Russian Federation Council and the Russian State Duma.
