Fake notes recovered
Police said they had smashed a criminal gang which produced counterfeit money, the first such case in Shanghai.
Two suspects surnamed Wang and Yang were arrested. The police recovered fake notes worth more than 90,000 yuan ($13,000) and incomplete fake notes worth 400,000 yuan from their apartment.
