CITIC Real Estate's IPO plan
CITIC Real Estate, the property development arm of CITIC Group, does plan to further its direct IPO plan but will wait for better timing, the company's top management said yesterday. Hu Donghai, vice-president of CITIC Real Estate, said the company still plans to make an IPO directly, denying earlier reports saying that CITIC will acquire Shenzhen-listed Pearl River Holding Co.
