Woman nabbed two years after robbing stepsister
A woman who conspired with two people to attack and rob her stepsister was recently sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Zhang, a jobless woman in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, often ran out of money and decided to target her stepsister to get some.
