Nervous fugitive migrant worker admits to crime
A man was recently arrested, 12 years after he killed his ex-wife and moved to Xinjiang, to avoid capture.
Zhang Deping, 39, a former power factory worker in Yongchang, Gansu province, killed the woman in 1997 and then escaped to the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
