'Constructive' talks hailed
Iran welcomes "constructive" talks with world powers on its nuclear program but will press ahead with work to develop atomic energy, an official statement said yesterday.
The statement was Teheran's response to an invitation by six world powers to discuss the nuclear row, according to state television.
