Mastiff owner threatens to sue all estate residents
A man surnamed Chen is threatening to sue every resident in his housing estate in Guangzhou's Panyu district after his two mastiffs were poisoned to death.
Chen asked police to investigate after the mastiffs were found dead in his garden last month.
