Court awards lottery prize despite lack of ticket
The Dongbao District People's Court in Jingmen, Hubei province, ordered lottery officials to fork over the 610,000-yuan ($89,250) prize to a man whose ticket couldn't be printed due to a faulty printer.
The winner, surnamed Lu, spent 15,000 on lottery tickets in October on the Internet and transferred the money via an online bank.
