Chemical poisoning hits 26
Twenty-six people were poisoned by chemicals left in old barrels, outside a residential block in eastern China.
The Xinhua News Agency reported yesterday that people fell ill after being exposed to 100 iron barrels containing chemicals left 10 m from a residential house in Jinyun county, Zhejiang province.
