A treasure-trove of literature's best

CCTP is a latecomer to the niche market of English-language books, having entered it only in 2007. But it has already released 26 titles, generating total sales of 4.24 million yuan ($620,000), which is mostly attributed to the high quality of its products.
"More than one billion people in the world read the Bible as a source of spiritual guidance. But a complete text of an English version is too hard for most Chinese, so we decided to have a two-volume Story of the Bible, with plenty of illustrations and simple words," says editor Zheng Ying.
