Harsh fugitive life leads man to surrender
A suspected murderer surrendered to police in Neixiang county, Henan province because he could no longer stand the harsh life of a fugitive.
Zhao Bendong, in his 60s, has been on the run for 13 years since he escaped in the wake of murdering two security guards in 1996.
