Mine accident kills 3
At least three people were killed and five others injured in a coal-mine accident in east China's Anhui province on Sunday, the colliery's shareholder said yesterday.
Fourteen workers digging in a shaft of Dingji Coal Mine in Huainan city became buried under a huge amount of coal and waste at about 7 pm on Sunday, the Huainan Mining Industry (Group) Co. Ltd. said.
