Celebration on highway leads to traffic tickets
Two drivers who pulled over on a highway after hearing good news about their stock investments were slapped with fines after police showed up.
The drivers were each given fines of 200 yuan ($29) in Xinxiang, Henan province, on Wednesday. They also got points deducted from their licenses.
