'Iron Chef' making mouths water

Hilton Shanghai presents a playful twist on traditional American gourmet cuisine this weekend courtesy of accolade-laden chef Kim Canteenwalla, who is eager to get creative with local ingredients.

"I get inspired by what's around me," said the former star of television game show Iron Chef America.

Mixing different national or local cuisines "makes cooking more interesting...it's nice to use products where you are, if possible," he said.
