Landlord 20 percent liable for boy's leaping death
A couple in Dongguan, Guangdong province, were ordered to pay 32,000 yuan to their tenant whose son fell off the roof and died.
The tenant, a migrant worker named Chang, filed a lawsuit against Lai and Yu after her 9-year-old died last June. Her twin sons were playing on the roof when one of them fell and died.
