Hotel pays up for damage
A nurse surnamed Luo whose nose was fractured when she slipped in a men's washroom at a hostel in Guangzhou two years ago, has finally received compensation.
The Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court rejected a ruling by a lower court on Wednesday, instead stating that the "hotel did not fulfill its obligation to ensure the safety for customers".
