Elderly couple no longer need to look up at balcony
An elderly couple can rest a bit easy these days after a dilapidated balcony above their home had forced them living in fear.
The apartment on the fifth floor of the building in Changchun, Jilin province, became unstable a few days earlier and some pieces broke off and fell off.
