Modern drama Rhinoceros in Love is regarded as a "love bible" by young people.
The play was written by Liao Yimei and directed by her husband Meng Jinghui. They are both with the China National Drama Theater. As one of the most influential directors of experimental theater in Asia, Meng has had a major impact on the new era of Chinese contemporary drama.
