Griffin quits college for NBA
MIAMI: College basketball's player of the year Blake Griffin will forego his final two years at Oklahoma University to enter the 2009 NBA draft, he said on Tuesday.
The Oklahoma Sooners announced on its official website (www.soonersports.com) that the forward, who led the team to the Elite eight stage of the NCAA Tournament, would be part of the draft which is due to be held on June 25.
