Boost for orchestra

More than 100 managers and musicians from orchestras, conservatories and music institutes from all over the country attended a two-day meeting to discuss the challenges and opportunities that China's symphonic orchestras face in the current world economic environment.

They were participating in the China Symphony Summit 2009, organized by the China Symphony Development Foundation in Beijing last week.
