Beijing realty fair

The Beijing Spring Real Estate Trade Fair, offering over 70 property projects, has opened at the World Trade Exhibition Center in the city. Seventy percent of the residential projects are in Beijing, with an average price of around 13,000 yuan per sq m. A number of overseas property developers are also attending the five-day expo, looking for rich Chinese buyers.
