CNOOC promotes Yang
CNOOC Ltd, China's biggest offshore oil producer, appointed Chief Financial Officer Yang Hua as president.
Yang will replace Zhou Shouwei who becomes a non-executive director of the company and will chair the board's nominations committee, Beijing-based CNOOC said in a statement.
