I think queues are too long at the hospital. I hope waiting time can be shortened and more hospitals are available for us to enjoy the "covered" treatment under the healthcare system.

I also hope the repayment mechanism for medical expenses is improved. I usually have to pay the full amount for medicine up front and then get the money back at the end of year, which adds to my financial burden.
