The East 33 in the Raffles Beijing Hotel invites executive chef Vinod Pandey and his team of chefs to provide a special menu for Indian food lovers. The chef and his team are from the world famous Taj World Hotel, bringing Chicken with yoghurt and Indian spices, Deep fried babycorn tossed with curry leaves and yoghurt, and Coriander and mint marinated char grilled chicken with green and yellow peppers - a typical taste of India. The set is starting from April 8 to 11, priced at 228 yuan with unlimited champagne and wine.

East 33 is also at hotel offers a special brunch for April 12, Easter Sunday. Start with a glass of champagne, while sampling terrine de foie gras, or freshly chucked oysters and other seafood delicacies. Also try wood-fired roasted Easter lamb, asparagus risotto with truffles, grilled sea bream on oyster crab tartar or pigeon forestier cooked a la minute, or 'in the minute', meaning the sauce is prepared right when a dish is to be served.
