Kohl's manager in doping bust
VIENNA: Banned Austrian cyclist Bernhard Kohl's former manager was arrested on Tuesday on doping charges.
Stefan Matschiner was arrested in the middle of the night after he returned to Austria from a trip to the United States, Vienna state prosecutor Gerhard Jarosch told Reuters.
