'Let's speak with one voice'

LONDON: The Chinese Ambassador to Britain said on Monday that "the world faces a rare opportunity for coordinated international action" in dealing with the financial crisis.

As the G20 London summit cannot solve all problems, it is extremely important for the 20 developing and developed economies to speak with one voice and show determination and confidence in fighting the crisis, Fu Ying said.

Fu expressed hope that the world leaders can reach consensus on important issues at the summit, adding that without international cooperation, the global financial crisis would be difficult to be overcome.
