Cousins use master key to steal 100 electric bikes

Two cousins from Jiangsu province forged a master key that helped them steal electric bikes within a few seconds.

Ah Qiang, 46, and his cousin Ah Zhen, 52, came to Ma'anshan in Anhui province last year. They purchased dozens of keys to electric bikes and forged a master key. They stole about 100 bikes within the last year.
