Total not to raise offer for UTS
Total SA Chief Executive Officer Christophe de Margerie said he doesn't want to raise his C$617 million ($505 million) offer for UTS Energy Corp because it already includes a "good premium".
"For the moment we do not want" to increase the bid, de Margerie (right) said in an interview in Paris following a meeting with French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde.
