Dressed in red, his hair set with styling gel, Wang Tao wheels forward and backward to the rhythmic strains of samba music. He pauses, places one hand on his standing partner and stretches out the other. He then wheels around, but bumps into another wheelchair dancer. Keeping his composure he backs up, and ends the performance with a confident smile.
