Mom leaves 3 young children in car for 8 hours
Passersby tried to help children who were locked inside a car for eight hours in Qingdao, Shandong province, after they heard them crying.
At about 6 pm, passersby saw two girls and a boy in the car with the windows barely opened, and a bad stench emanating from inside of it.
